This Privacy Policy describes how Hunan Xiangtou Light Material Technology Co., Ltd. (“Xiangtou”, “we”, “us”) handles information submitted through this website (xiangtou.com).
What we collect
When you submit the inquiry form on the Contact page, we collect:

- Company name
- Country / region
- Product of interest and estimated annual volume (optional)
- Free-text message
We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this website. No cookies are set for tracking purposes.
Why we collect it
We use submitted information solely to:
- Reply to your inquiry, including by email or phone, regarding our brake disc products and adjacent composite material applications.
- Maintain a record of business correspondence as required by Chinese commercial law and our internal compliance program.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not use it for marketing campaigns unrelated to your original inquiry without your separate explicit consent.
Where it is stored
Submissions are routed to a Cloudflare Worker (process region: data center nearest to the visitor) and forwarded to our internal sales and engineering teams in Changsha, Hunan, China. Email correspondence is stored in our company email system.
We do not transfer personal information outside of mainland China except as strictly necessary to reply to overseas inquiries.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are retained for up to three (3) years from the date of submission, after which they are deleted unless an active commercial relationship requires longer retention under Chinese accounting and contract law.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you have submitted, by emailing sales@xiangtou.com with the subject line “Privacy Request”. Where applicable law gives you additional rights (such as portability, objection, or withdrawal of consent under PRC PIPL, EU GDPR, or other regimes), we will honor those rights to the extent they apply.
Children
This website is intended for business audiences. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years of age.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes affecting how previously submitted information is used will be communicated by email to active inquirers.
